Seriously? WHEN? We recieved the discs for my computer at like 3:00 pm yesterday....
and guess what? they didn't work! FOUR WEEKS OF WAITING FOR NOTHING!
so we called gateway and they said it was possibly a hardware problem and we could:
a) Ship them the harddrive with the costs of shipping etc.
b)Take it to Best Buy where we purchased it and have them fix it
FORTUNATELY we have the black tie protection which includes hardware problems,and they will run a diagnostic and fix anything that is wrong with it for free. So they have it for another 10-14 days and took the recovery discs to load onto it when they are finished.
GRR. WTF. When do i get to have a good day????
